Winter ’24 SEASONAL MENU:
BREAKFAST ALL-DAY
Who says breakfast only lasts until 10:30? We don’t like that. Not one bit. This seasonal offering is dedicated to waking up slow, staying up late, and entertaining what we all want deep-down: BREAKFAST ALL DAY
CHILAQUILES: Pork chile verde sauce, Mozzarella, Crispy tortilla strips, pickled Red onion, egg cream sauce, baked and finished with crumbled fresh queso, fresh cilantro and a drizzle of red enchilada sauce.
CHICKEN AND WAFFLES: Maple cinnamon cream sauce topped with savory mozzarella, slices of crispy fried chicken, buttery waffle bites, all drizzled with sweet syrup.
CHORIZO SKILLET: Our pizza take on a breakfast scramble. Egg cream sauce, mozzarella, roasted potatoes, pickled red onion, baked and finished with fresh green onions and herb sour cream drizzle.
DENVER OMELET: Egg cream sauce topped with mozzarella, diced ham, onion, and green pepper baked and finished with a roasted tomato salsa and herb sour cream drizzles.
RON SWANSON'S BREAKFAST PIE: Egg cream sauce base topped with crumbled bacon, roasted potato, cheddar, mozzarella, green onion and a smoky maple ketchup.
BROILED TOMATO (Vegan): Roasted tomato salsa, topped with tomatoes (broiled with herbs and olive oil) all topped with a heavy coating of our vegan "Parmesan" crumble (crushed cashews, breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast). Baked then finished with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs.
